Site News: Did you get a haircut?

So I was sitting here at Blog Name TBA headquarters staring at the site and just thought it was about time for a little face lift. You might notice I got rid of the TBA Check presentation image in the background. As much as I love that image it just didn't fit the new template. I pulled some of the crap at the bottom and placed it on the right. So let's say you wanted to see how many posts we've done about Alison Brie, all you need to do is type her name in the field and search away. Also I added a like button for our Facebook page, just click it and stop asking questions.

Site News: Bitches be Clickin'

So I was checking out the pageview stats from over the weekend and thanks to some viral marketing from some of our commenters Facebook efforts the actual human pageviews finally beat out the number of clicks we receive from Russian websites trolling for passwords and personal information!

Assuming those people return to the site this week for more TBA, that puts me in a difficult position. My original core group of readers have become accustomed to my sloppy writing style and unreliable posting schedule. The thought of a whole new group of readers looking to me to entertain them enough to make them stick around is a little daunting. But since my children continue to insist that I feed them, it's a task I accept.

So if you notice that my sentences run on a little less or my posts are a little more regular or my jokes are a little funnier, rest assured faithful readers...it's still me.

The last thing I'd want you all to think is that someone that takes pride in their work has taken over my site.

It's only been 5 months and already Blog Name TBA has become such a massive phenomenon that we had to branch out and create our very own Facebook page. So next time you're browsing through pictures of your ex and crying/masturbating take a minute or two and find us on Facebook and like our page. I'm working on putting together some special offers or contests for fans of the Facebook page but don't hold your breath.

Friday Laziness is cancelled this week because my computer has decided to crap all over itself. It's taking me several minutes just to do a simple google search and it's taking all I have not to put my face through my desk. I'm going to be working on this all weekend so that I can get back to captivating and entertaining you, my rabid and faithful viewers.

Site News: Click on something already, dammit

The outpouring of support and positive feedback has been amazing since I started this site back in May. I can't walk down the streets anymore without being surrounded by hundreds, sometimes thousands, of rabid TBA fans. It has made my night job as a muscular, handsome, shirtless firefighter very difficult lately. So instead of mobbing me in person hows about you all just drop some comments here on the site? You can like me on the Facebox, plus one me on Google or whatever that thing is, share me with your tweeties, I'm really not picky. Even if you just comment to say 'First' or 'TBA is teh sux', go for it.

Remember, as limitless as my talent for tempering my bitterness and contempt for mainstream television into hilarious word symphonies is, this site cannot survive without you guys. I suppose it could but then I'd just be shortchanging myself by hastily putting up 3-4 images I found online and calling it a post every Friday.

Big news everyone!

Thanks to finally getting rid of Firefox and downloading Chrome I am able to actually post my own comments here on the site. So for those of you who thought that I was just too aloof and classy to comment on my own blog just to make it seem like there is some interest in this site, get ready for the same high quality, well thought out, bitter journalistic brilliance you've come to know and love to be wedged awkwardly into the comments section.

So after 21 posts and numerous awards and accolades I have decided to sell out to the man. I realize putting ads on this site may destroy my indie street cred, but shit like that doesn't pay the bills. So get with the clicking people I've got an energy drink addiction to feed.

I couldn't come up with any good stuff to write today so I decided to post about some new things on the site. It keeps everyone informed and its a good way to get my page views up without actually creating any new content... Suckers.

Anyway, I have decided that my official Site News picture will be the Chicken Dance scene above. I don't really know why, the site isn't actually about Arrested Development, I just wanted to use that as a picture! Geez ma, get off my back already. Also I know a guy who did a bunch of research and he found out that George Sr.'s Chicken Dance is the best. True Story.

And on a serious note, the feedback from everyone has been nothing but astounding. Thank you all for validating the latest method I have come up with to feed my ego.
